About Us

Each Great Harvest Bread Co. bakery is individually owned so each one you visit will have its' own personality. We are what is called a "freedom franchise," meaning that all the owners have complete freedom to bake and sell what they want in their respective bakeries. However, we all mill the same wheat and use the same or similar recipes that Great Harvest offers, so there is that tie that brings us together.

Great Harvest Lakewood had been part of this neigborhood for over 6 years. I purchased the bakery in June of 2009 from the original owners, Russ and LaNae, after working for them for over 5 years. I am happy and proud to carry on the tradition of providing smiling faces, friendly service and great bread to all of our wonderful customers who walk through our doors every day.
