Breads: Sunflower Flax Millet and Flax Cinnamon Chip, pictured above.
Sweets: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins and Batter Breads; Chocolate Chip Cookies; Double Chocolate Brownies! (Tuesday only)
We bake our breads every Tuesday (except Holiday Weeks) and then freeze what is not sold so it is available for the rest of the week. Sweets are baked daily or every other day.
I offer this statement for those concerned about gluten contamination in our Gluten Less products:
"All products are made in a facility that also produces and handles wheat, barley, and rye products. Cross contamination is possible."
All of our Gluten Less products contain dairy.
We take precautions to prevent cross contamination but since we are a bakery that mills wheat, please ask if you have any concerns.
